One of the newest additions to our welding specialist team is Jeanine. Who is Jeanine and what are her tasks at NPI?

A versatile background

Jeanine has a very broad and diverse background. She originally trained as a tailor and has a true feeling for languages, especially in English. She is also skilled in flower arranging and has worked in several different roles over the years. For example, she has worked as an English teacher and as an industrial seamstress for a company producing air- and foam-filled products for leisure, sport and industrial applications.

What are her tasks at NPI?

Jeanine mainly works in our special products and sewing department. In the sewing department, she sews various geotextiles and air covers. The special products department is a dedicated production line for specialised welding projects. Here she produced tailor-made solutions using advanced equipment and specific welding techniques, such as 3D ponds, tents, air cushions and sails.

This work requires focus and precision, which is exactly what Jeanine enjoys. She is very detail-oriented and quickly developed strong skills in operating different machines and welding techniques, even though she has only been with us for a little over half a year.

Jeanine feels right at home at NPI. She appreciates the friendly atmosphere and enjoys how colleagues support and help each other in their work.
