Customer requirements
A customer was looking for liners for containers used in growing indoor plants. The requirements were clear: a liner that does not dry out too quickly and has good resistance to fertilizers. Moreover, it should be flexible enough to easily install in the growing containers.
The solution: ENPEX FPP
Our ENPEX FPP liner met all these requirements and offers additional benefits as well. For this project, we supplied 40 custom-made FPP liners with a thickness of 0.75 mm. The liners were delivered in panel form on rolls, making installation easier and faster.
Plants for interior landscaping
Our customer is an Italian company in the Bergamo region that supplies innovative agricultural products and technologies to support crop productivity, plant health and sustainable agricultural practices. For this project, the liners were used for their ornamental cultivation activities, specifically for hydroculture plants used in interior landscaping.
Hydroculture
Hydroculture is a method of growing plants without soil. Instead, the roots grow in water enriched with dissolved nutrients. In hydroculture often growing containers are used, lined to make the container watertight. FPP serves perfectly as lining material in hydroculture containers as the film is flexible, resistant to fertilizers, strong and durable.
