Logistics manager
Hanneke joined NPI in May 2025 as our logistics manager. With years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment, she knows what it takes to keep things running smoothly and deliver results under pressure. She studied Business Administration and Change Management, giving her both a solid analytical foundation and a people-focused approach to improving how work gets done. After finishing her studies, she was ready for a new challenge and found it at NPI.
Why NPI?
What appealed to Hanneke most was the combination of unique products, an international market and a dedicated team. “From day one, I felt the positive and helpful atmosphere,” she says. “It is great to work somewhere where people know their field and work together to achieve the best results.”
What does she do?
In her role, Hanneke oversees and coordinates the entire logistics process from checking production planning to ensuring orders are shipped worldwide on time. She works closely with different departments and external partners, making sure everything fits together.
What does she like most?
“No two days are the same, and I enjoy being the link between all the moving parts,” she explains. “I like solving challenges, improving processes and creating synergy between teams. For me, it is important to make sure everyone can do what they do best and feel supported, that is when we achieve the best results together.”
Process optimisation
Besides her logistics tasks, Hanneke will also dedicate herself to process improvement. At NPI, she works with her colleagues to optimise existing workflows, aiming to take efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction to an even higher level. A very valuable addition to our team.
