Strong, flexible and widely used
Trevira strapping is a strong plastic strapping that is widely used in horticulture and agriculture. From tree nurseries to strawberry growing, it offers a durable solution for fixing and supporting crops and materials.
What is trevira strapping used for?
Trevira strapping is multifunctional and commonly used for:
- Supporting strawberry plants
- Fixing tunnel and silage films
- Anchoring trees and plants
- Tying in tree nurseries
- Marking out fields or routes
Thanks to its high tear resistance, the strapping remains reliable even under tension.

Newly produced trevira strapping
For many years, we supplied recycled trevira strapping. In recent years, we have added newly produced trevira strapping to our range.
This offers several clear advantages:
- Constant width: no variation as with cut recycled material
- High quality: made from virgin material
- Stable stock: always available
- Strong and durable: very high tear resistance
The strapping is standard white, 4 cm wide, and supplied in rolls of 100 meters. A green version is also available on request.
Ideal for strawberry growing
Trevira strapping is often used in strawberry cultivation to support plants:
- Fruits are brought forward and rest on the strapping
- More efficient harvesting as strawberries are easier to see
- Reduced risk of stem breakage
Use in tree nurseries
In tree nurseries, trevira strapping is used to tie, support and guide trees. The strapping is stretched between poles or around trees. The green version is popular because it is less visible in the field.
